According to registration documents accessed by IndexTap.com<\/a><\/strong>, Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira Kapoor purchased a luxury sea-view apartment in the Oberoi 360 West project in Mumbai’s Worli area for around 60 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the documents, the luxury apartment has 5,395 square feet of RERA carpet and three parking spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The property transaction, worth \u20b958.66 crore, was registered on May 24, 2024, according to documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Kapoors purchased the flat from Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd, which is on the higher floor of Oberoi Realty’s high rise. Chandak Realty purchased the apartment in February 2023, following the purchase of 28 apartments by D’ Mart owner Radhakishan Damani’s family and associates for \u20b91,238 crore in the previous year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to brokers, Chandak Realtors paid 35.31 crore for the flat in February 2023, which was later sold to the Kapoors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chandak Realty purchased the flat for approximately 65,000 per sqft and later sold it for more than 1 lakh per sqft. This represents more than a 50% increase in a single year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three Sixty West by Oberoi Realty is a two-tower project with 4 BHK, 5 BHK, and duplex apartments, as well as penthouses. The sea-view project’s name is most likely derived from its 360-metre height and the fact that all apartments face west. It is a ready-to-move-in uber luxury housing development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Kapoors paid a stamp duty of \u20b91.75 crore for the transaction, according to documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2018, Shahid Kapoor bought an 8,281 sq ft flat in the same building for 55.60 crore, plus 2.91 crore stamp duty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to a new report by CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd titled ‘India Market Monitor Q4 2023,’ sales of luxury homes priced at \u20b94 crore and above increased by 75% year on year in 2023 due to strong demand. Delhi-NCR saw the highest surge of 197% year on year, followed by Pune, Hyderabad, and Mumbai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
