The row house is located at Chetak CHS on Nargis Dutt Road in Pali Hill, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indextap.com\/property-for-sale\/mumbai\/bandra-west\">Bandra-West<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the property deal papers obtained by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indextap.com\/\">IndexTap.com<\/a><\/strong>, the purchaser Kamalini Holdings paid Rs 1.92 crore in stamp duty for the transaction, which was registered on September 5, 2024. The row house includes a garage for parking vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajay Devgn recently leased his commercial office space in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indextap.com\/property-for-sale\/mumbai\/andheri-west\">Mumbai&#8217;s Andheri<\/a><\/strong> area to Kabir Khan Entertainment for Rs 7 lakh per month. The Leave and License agreement, which was formalised in September, incurred a stamp duty of Rs 1.12 lakh. Devgn&#8217;s office is located in Signature Tower and was built by Lotus Developers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is on Veera Desai Road in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indextap.com\/property-for-sale\/mumbai\/oshiwara\">Oshiwara<\/a><\/strong>, one of Mumbai&#8217;s Western Suburbs&#8217; most desirable addresses. It has easy access to major highways, metro stations, and is close to the international airport, making it a popular location for businesses seeking well-connected office space. The community&#8217;s vibrant mix of retail, dining, and entertainment options contributes to its status as a business hub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indextap.com\/property-for-sale\/mumbai\/\">Mumbai<\/a><\/strong> recorded approximately 11,735 property registrations in August 2024, contributing more than Rs 1,072 crore to the state exchequer. Property registrations increased by 8% year on year (YoY) compared to the same period last year, with revenue from these registrations increasing by 32% YoY. Sustained buyer confidence has resulted in consistent sales of over 10,000 units for the first eight months of the year, marking eleven months of annual growth since August 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This continued surge in property transactions is attributed to increased economic prosperity and a growing preference for homeownership among Mumbai residents.
