Varun Dhawan and his wife Natasha Dhawan bought the first flat on the 7th floor of Twenty, an under-construction building in Juhu, for 44.52 crore, according to documents accessed by IndexTap<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to the documents, the first flat has 5,112 square feet of RERA carpet and four car parking spaces. The flat registered on January 3 costs more than 87,000 per square foot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Varun Dhawan and his mother, Karuna Dhawan, recently bought a second luxury flat on the 6th floor of the same building for 42.40 crore.
