This transaction highlights the growing demand for Karjat land investment and the increasing popularity of plots near Mumbai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deal includes land parcels spread across over 1.9 hectares in Karjat, in Maharashtra\u2019s Raigad district. Sonu Nigam completed four separate transactions with different buyers. As a result, the Karjat real estate market shows strong activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sonu Nigam Karjat Land Deal: Transaction Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The largest parcel measures 0.718 hectares and was sold for \u20b975 lakh. Meanwhile, two other parcels, 0.405 hectares and 0.607 hectares, were sold for \u20b950 lakh each. A smaller 0.208-hectare plot was sold for \u20b920 lakh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All four transactions were registered on April 7, 2026. The total stamp duty reached \u20b911.70 lakh.
