The deal included five separate parcels ranging between 0.20 hectares and 0.225 hectares, with individual transaction values between \u20b917 lakh and \u20b920 lakh. According to documents accessed through CRE Matrix, the land parcels were purchased by multiple individual buyers and groups of homebuyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In another recent transaction, Sonu Nigam purchased a 258.33 sq ft office space in Andheri West, Mumbai, for \u20b91 crore<\/a>. The transaction was registered on August 6, 2026, with \u20b96 lakh in stamp duty and \u20b930,000 in registration fees, taking the total disclosed cost to \u20b91.063 crore.
