Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Private Limited, the production house founded by filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala, has leased two commercial office units in Andheri West, Mumbai, to Rhea and Dia Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. The lease has a total rental commitment of \u20b92.46 crore over 28 months, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lease commenced on August 1, 2026, at a monthly licence fee of \u20b98.27 lakh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
