Bollywood actor Preity Zinta has sold her luxury Bandra apartment for ₹14.08 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed via CRE Matrix. Zinta had originally purchased the same apartment from Keystone Realtors (Rustomjee Group) in October 2023 for ₹17.01 crore, reflecting a notable price shift in Bandra’s prime residential market.
The 1,474 sq ft carpet-area apartment is located on the 11th floor of Parishram by Rustomjee, one of Bandra’s premium residential towers. The sale also includes two reserved car parking spaces, which have been transferred to the buyer, Vishal Kalyan Mirchanandi, as per the documents.
The transaction was registered on November 21, 2025, with a stamp duty payment of over ₹16.47 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
Sources familiar with the development suggest that Preity Zinta is exploring a major upgrade, potentially investing in a ₹100-crore luxury property in Bandra, signalling a significant reinvestment into Mumbai’s high-end real estate market.
