He leased out about four properties total, each with an approximate floor area of 10,000 square feet. The commercial property that is rented is situated in Mumbai's Oshiwara. The lease is for a period of five years. Nonetheless, the lease has a three-year lock-in period. There are also about 12 assigned parking spaces included in the lease.
For the first three years, it has been decided that the monthly rentals for these commercial properties will be approximately Rs 170 per square foot. The rent will rise by 15% at the end of the three-year lock-in period, to approximately Rs 195.50 per square foot for the following two years.
The two deeds were reportedly purchased by the Bachchan family for a total of Rs 50.65 lakh, while the property's market value is estimated to be Rs 50.63 crore. Current regulations state that a father's gift deed transfer of residential property to his son or daughter is subject to a 200 rupee stamp duty and a one percent metro cess per deed.
