Bhuvan Bam age, born in 22 January 1994 (29 years) is a well-known YouTube personality, writer, comedian, actor, singer, songwriter, and writer from India. He is best known for his humorous YouTube channel, BB Ki Vines.

Bhuvan Bam, an actor and comedian, paid Rs 11 crore for a bungalow in Greater Kailash, New Delhi, according to documents obtained by data analytics company CRE Matrix.

The 180 square meter bungalow is close to the Bam family's former residence, and he paid Rs 77 lakh in stamp duty to complete the transaction.

The recently purchased property is located in the affluent Greater Kailash Part 3 neighborhood. Its total area is 2233 square feet, with 1937 square feet of land. The bungalow, which is quite close to the Bam family's former home, has four bedrooms, a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a separate dining area, a terrace, and a lush lawn. Not only that, but the property has a full security system and plenty of room for two cars to park.

Bhubam Bam, Well-known for his wildly popular comedy channel on YouTube, BB Ki Vines, which satirically portrays the life of an urban adolescent via his interactions with friends and family, has accumulated a sizable fan base of more than 20 million subscribers. In addition to his comedic pursuits, Bam has dabbled in acting and music. He is a singer-songwriter who has had several singles released, including Rahguzaar, Ajnabee, Safar, and Sang Hoon Tere.

With the purchase of the lavish bungalow in Greater Kailash, Bhuvan Bam joins the ranks of famous people who have made high-end real estate investments in Delhi. Vasudha Rohatgi, the wife of former Attorney General of India Mukul Rohatgi, paid an astounding 160 crores to purchase a large 2,160-square-yard bungalow in Delhi's Golf Links earlier in February 2023. In a similar vein, RateGain's founder, businessman Bhanu Choprs, garnered media attention when he paid 127.5 crore for a bungalow at Delhi Golf Links that same month. Additionally, in 2023, a resale transaction saw the sale of a luxurious high-end apartment at The Camellias by DLF on Golf Course Road, which boasted a spacious 11,000 sq ft.

The demand for luxury properties from affluent buyers has led to a resurgence in Delhi's real estate market, especially in the high-end segment. Over 75% of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs) believe the real estate market will perform well over the next two to three years, according to a Knight Frank India report. The report also showed that among HNIs and UHNIs, Delhi is the most preferred city for real estate investment, closely followed by Mumbai and Bengaluru.
