John Abraham buys a 75-crore bungalow in Mumbai’s Khar Area

Bollywood actor-producer John Abraham paid more than ₹75 crore for a lavish 13,138 square foot, two-story bungalow in Mumbai's Khar neighborhood. One of Mumbai's largest shopping thoroughfares, Khar's Linking Road, is where the house is situated. 

IndexTap.com discovered the transaction after obtaining property registration paperwork. 

The property, owned by 81-year-old Pravin Nathalal Shah, a resident of Pennsylvania in the United States, and his family, has 7,722 square feet of open space and a two-story 5,416 square foot house. It has the potential for redevelopment.

On December 27, 2023, John Abraham registered the agreement with Pravin Nathalal Shah and the ten members of his family who now reside in the United States. According to the agency, the Bollywood star paid 70.83 crore to the vendor and 4.25 crore in stamp taxes to the BMC for the home named Nirmal Bhuvan.

The actor, who is also a real estate investor, resides in a sea-facing penthouse at the Hiten Apartments on Shirley Rajan Road in Bandra West. Apart from real estate, he has invested in a variety of businesses including internet, food and beverage, community, fitness, and lifestyle.

He also owns two sports teams: Northeast United, a professional soccer team in the Indian Super League, and Delhi Waveriders, a professional hockey team in the Indian Hockey League.

According to film industry grape-wine, the actor has a number of projects in the works, including The Diplomat, Tehran, Tariq, and Vedaa.
