The apartment on the 47th floor of one of the forthcoming towers on Boricha Marg measures 1,247 square feet. The owner of the unit will also have exclusive access to two parking spaces.
The purchase incurred stamp duty of Rs 54 lakh and was registered on August 16, according to paperwork accessible through IndexTap.com.

According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the transaction was registered on August 25, 2026, for Rs 1.37 crore. The parcel spans approximately 1.80 hectares and was purchased from Vimalchand Khimraj Jain. Bajpayee also paid Rs 6.87 lakh in stamp duty for the transaction.
This latest acquisition marks a significant addition to Bajpayee’s property holdings. The deal expands his investments beyond Mumbai’s residential and commercial markets. Based on the registered consideration, the land cost works out to around Rs 30.9 lakh per acre. The purchase also adds Mulshi to his growing real estate portfolio.
In April 2025, Bajpayee leased two office units in Andheri West. Barcode Influencer Marketing Pvt Ltd took the properties on a five-year lease. The agreement started at a monthly rent of Rs 10.94 lakh.
