Comedian Bharti Singh has sold her apartment in Goregaon West, Mumbai, for ₹3.75 crore, securing a notable return of over 41% on the property. She had originally purchased the flat for ₹2.64 crore in 2016, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
The apartment, located on the seventh floor of Kalpataru Regalia, has a carpet area of 1,186 sq ft. The sale also included two car parking spaces, which further added to the value of the transaction.
The property was purchased by Dhnya Ramakrishnan on November 10, 2025. As per the documents, the buyer paid a stamp duty of over ₹22 lakh along with a registration fee of ₹30,000.
This deal highlights the continued strength of Mumbai’s western suburbs, where residential properties in well-developed localities like Goregaon West have witnessed steady appreciation over the years.
