Shaan and Radhika Mukherji bought the three apartments from NVK Realty LLP. The properties have a combined area of 6,267.87 sq. ft. Each apartment carries a purchase value of ₹15.88 crore. The transaction was registered on August 20, 2026, and the couple paid ₹2.70 crore in stamp duty. The deal also includes nine car parking spaces, while the three apartments will be combined into one residence.
